Pages are written and fact-checked by the CutPuff team. They aren't medically reviewed, and each page says so.

AI assistance

We use AI tools to help research and draft. Every page is edited and checked by a person before it's published.

What we won't do

We don't give medical advice, promise results or promote vaping products. If you need help quitting, talk to a doctor, pharmacist or your local quit service.

Corrections

If you spot a mistake, tell us. We correct it and change the page's "Updated" date.
